Wild Lavender Honey 'Melissonas Diamanti' 250g
"Wild Lavender" honey from "Melissonas Diamantis" is harvested in a limited quantity on the island of Serifos in May, from the lavender plants of Lavandula Stoechas which occupy large areas of the island. It is a rare honey of exceptional quality with a gentle taste and a mild aroma. The honey after its harvest is transferred to the honey packaging facilities of the "Serifos Agricultural Beekeeping Cooperative" 82-SM-16, which is certified by TÜV AUSTRIA, where sampling is carried out by committee and samples are sent to the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki by the laboratories of which all necessary analyzes are carried out in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations and once identified and its botanical origin follows the honey packaging.
